Arrival and departureYou can check in from 15h00 on the first day of the rental period. On the last day of your stay you have to leave before 11h00.

Duvets, blankets and pillows are present. You have to bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. Included Electricity, water, heating and a satellite TV with Flemish and Dutch channels in one bedroom and in the living room. |
Final house cleaningThere are two options:
Option 1: You make the residence spotless yourself = no additional fee on top of the rent. What do we mean by spotless? Everything needs to be in the exact same place as when you first entered the house. The kitchen has to be cleaned and the washing-up has to be put back into the kitchen cabinets. Garbage, glass and other things need to be thrown away in the containers. The house needs to be swept clean and tidy and after that you should also mop the floor in every room and leave the house in perfect condition. To put it simply: You leave the house in the same condition as you would like to find it. If you do not do this, we are obliged to hold back an extra amount of the deposit. Option 2: We will do the final house cleaning for you = €100 |
What do you still have to do?
Everything needs to be in the exact same place as when you first entered the house. The kitchen has to be cleaned and the washing-up has to be put back into the kitchen cabinets. Garbage, glass and other things need to be thrown away in the containers. You leave the house tidy and swept clean. To put it simply: You put the house back in the same condition as you would like to find it, but we do the ‘wet’ cleaning and we check everything a second time. If you do not do this, we are obliged to charge an extra amount for the final house cleaning and we will not return the full amount of the deposit. |
Bookings and payment
You will need to confirm the booking by paying 50% of the rent within 5 days after reservation.
Payment
The payment of the outstanding amount needs to be made 8 weeks before the start of the booked period at the latest. A warranty must be paid at the time of your arrival (€500). The reimbursement of the deposit will be executed within the two weeks after your stay at our B&B. Any costs regarding possible damage, missing things or extra cleaning will be deducted. Cancellation
In case of cancelation by the guest, we claim the following damages: More than 8 weeks before the date of arrival: 50% of the rent More than 4 weeks before the date of arrival: 75% of the rent Less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival: 100% of the rent |
A few simple agreements
Again, to put it simply: You bring the house back in the same condition as you would like to find it. |
